Part of our efforts include providing resources to our under-resourced community in the form of scholarships to local LGBTQIA+ and allies that aspire to pursue higher education. We want to foster our leaders and provide them with the support, confidence, and resources needed to help them aim for long-term goals.


Criteria for Application

To be considered for the Pajaro Valley Pride Scholarship the applicant must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduating from an accredited high school in the PVUSD this academic year.

  • Earn a 3.00 GPA or higher to qualify for the Academic scholarship. Earn a 2.00 GPA or higher to qualify for the Community scholarship.

  • Enrolled full-time to a higher education institution in the fall directly after graduation.

  • Be LGBTQIA+ identifying or ally.

How to Apply

Complete the application and submit with the following:

  • Essay

  • High School transcript

  • Letter of recommendation (teacher, counselor, supervisor of an organization)
