Pajaro Valley Pride was created by a group of Watsonville residents who serve the LGBTQIA+ community. We want our young leaders to thrive and to support them while providing them with some of the resources needed to help them aim for their long-term goals. We build bridges with the general community in South County through our annual Pride Event and by collaborating with local community organizations on events throughout the year.
This year, Pajaro Valley Pride will award $500 scholarships to students based on their academic successes as well as their involvement in social justice issues either on campus or in the community. The scholarship will be awarded based on need and regardless of citizenship.
